Your monthly rate is locked for 12 months, then it moves to the standard rate, month to month. In return, you let us show your site in our portfolio, give a short honest testimonial after 60 days, and do one feedback call. Google reviews are welcome but never required, and never traded for the discount.
Prefer $0 down on standard pricing? On a 12-month term we can waive the build fee and add $25 per month.Add-ons: extra page $99, simple logo $149, Google Business Profile cleanup $149, domain setup help $25 plus the domain cost, business email setup $49, other work $60 per hour. Tool prices are set by each vendor and can change.

Starter is $299 to build and $79 a month. Growth is $599 to build and $119 a month, plus about $29 a month for the AI chat tool. Pro is $899 to build and $199 a month, plus about $99 a month for the AI phone tool. Tool costs are billed to you by the vendor at its own price. Founding Client pricing is lower for our first 5 clients or through February 28, 2027 (see Packages). Nothing extra is billed without your OK.
The preview is free and comes first. After you sign and send your info, we aim to have a first draft ready in about 5 business days and to launch about 3 business days after you approve it. Setting up booking, chat and phone tools on Growth and Pro can add up to 5 business days.
You don't need to write the site. Send your services, hours, service area and contact details, and we write the site text from that. Photos should be ones you own. If you don't have any, we can use stock or sample photos that are labeled or chosen so they don't look like your own work. Blog posts and professional photography aren't included.
Your domain is registered in your name and paid by you. You own your business name, logo, content, the photos you provide, and your customer and lead data. LKN Sites owns its templates and code. Once your balance is paid, you can get a copy of your site files and a permanent license to use and change them for your business. While you are a client, LKN Sites hosts the site on its own account; after you leave, hosting is up to you or your new provider.

Yes. Every plan includes small edits each month: 30 minutes on Starter, 60 on Growth and 90 on Pro. That covers text, hours, prices, photos and services. We reply within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern), and small edits are usually done within 2 business days.
No. No one can honestly promise rankings, traffic, calls or bookings. We build your site to be fast, mobile-friendly and search-friendly. Google Business Profile work is available as an add-on.
No. On Growth and Pro, we can connect the booking page you already use, like Booksy, Square or Cal.com, with Book now buttons. If you don't have one, we can set up a free booking page in your name.
On Growth, an AI chat assistant on your site is set up in your name and trained on your business info. On Pro, an AI phone receptionist answers calls you miss, answers common questions, takes messages and sends you a summary. You review what the AI will say before it goes live, and you confirm bookings yourself, since AI can make mistakes. These tools are in your name and billed to you by the vendor, separate from our monthly fee.
